Kathleen is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group and member of the firm’s global Compliance, Investigations & Enforcement practice.
Kathleen represents companies in internal investigations and high-stakes government enforcement actions involving the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other federal agencies. She also advises executives on white collar criminal defense matters. Her experience includes advising clients in connection with alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the False Claims Act (FCA), and other financial fraud. Kathleen regularly contributes to the firm’s Enforcement Insights newsletter.
Kathleen also has experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Kathleen received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as the Senior Comments Editor of The Seton Hall Law Review. While in law school, Kathleen interned for U.S. District Court Judge John Michael Vazquez and was a member of Seton Hall’s Center for Social Justice Impact Litigation Clinic, where she drafted briefs submitted to the New Jersey Supreme Court. Kathleen received her undergraduate degree from Villanova University, magna cum laude.
