Kathleen is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group. She represents and advises clients in a variety of matters, including complex commercial disputes, government investigations and enforcement proceedings, and internal investigations.
Kathleen received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as the Senior Comments Editor of The Seton Hall Law Review. While in law school, Kathleen interned for U.S. District Court Judge John Michael Vazquez and was a member of Seton Hall’s Center for Social Justice Impact Litigation Clinic. Kathleen received her undergraduate degree from Villanova University, magna cum laude.
