Joseph O’Brien is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group and his practice is focused on structured finance and securitization, including commercial mortgage-backed securities and CRE CLO securitization transactions.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Joseph practiced in the corporate group of a Florida based law firm and advised clients on the structuring and formation of private investment funds, including private credit, real estate and venture capital.
Joseph received his J.D. from University of Florida Levin College of Law, and his B.S. from Florida State University.
