Joseph Mascherin is an associate in Cadwalader’s Finance Group. Joseph represents corporate and commercial banks and other financial institutions in a variety of commercial lending and other financing transactions, including asset-based lending, commodities financings and other complex transactions.
Joseph received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, cum laude, his Spanish Law Degree from Universidad de Granada, and his B.A. and B.S., cum laude, from Stetson University.
