Jilly serves as Cadwalader’s Associate General Counsel for the London office, and supports the General Counsel team globally. Jilly advises the Firm and its Lawyers on risk management and regulatory issues, specifically in relation to complying with regulations set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. She also oversees matters involving compliance with Anti-Money Laundering requirements and onboarding new clients, including advising on conflicts and ethics. She assists the Firm in litigation matters, investigations and advises in relation to ongoing Firm governance.
Jilly brings experience from her practice as a Finance Lawyer and also an in-house compliance role at an International Bank.
