Jeff Aldrich is a senior associate in Cadwalader's Charlotte office.  His practice covers all areas of structured finance, with an emphasis on representing issuers, underwriters and mortgage loan sellers in public and private commercial and multi-family mortgage-backed securitization transactions, and representing banks and other financial institutions in matters relating to master repurchase agreements, private equity fund finance and other secured lending transactions.

Jeff received his undergraduate degree from Yale University, and his J.D. from the College of William & Mary. He is admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina.
