Jason Hessel is an associate in Cadwalader's Finance Group. Jason’s practice focuses on a broad range of fund finance transactions. In particular, Jason represents banks and financial institutions as lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities for private equity funds. Jason received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, and his B.S. from the University of Dayton, with a double-concentration in Finance and Economics.
