Jack Croake is an associate in Cadwalader’s Leveraged Finance and Private Credit Group in London. He focuses on leverage and acquisition financing advising investment banks, private debt funds, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border finance transactions.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Jack was an associate at a global law firm in Australia. As part of his graduate program, he completed six months at the firm’s London office.
Jack obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with the Degree of Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Macquarie University, Sydney. He is admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia.
