Harriet Geddis is an associate in Cadwalader’s Leveraged Finance & Private Credit Group in London.
She focuses on leverage and acquisition financing advising investment banks, private debt funds, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on national and cross-border finance transactions.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Harriet was an associate at a global law firm in London.
Harriet received her BSc. (Hons) from the Durham University and her LPC and GDL from BPP University. Harriet is admitted to practice in England & Wales.

- Advising Barings Private Debt in relation to the financing arrangements for Abry Partners’ acquisition of Chambers & Partners.
- Kartesia on its provision of a senior debt financing package to support MidEuropa Partners acquisition of a majority stake in Optegra Eye Health Care.
- Barings Private Credit in the provision of senior and holdco financing to support the minority investment of Exponent Private Equity in the Xeinadin Group.
- BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited on the provision of financing package to wealth management business.
