Hannah Zelcer is an associate in the Capital Markets Group focusing on the securitization of financial assets, specifically the private and public offering of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Hannah represented issuers and underwriters on public and private corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings, shelf registrations, registered direct transactions, private investments in public equity (PIPEs), private placements and other securities offerings.
Hannah received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she served as Executive Editor of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Honor Society, and earned her B.A. from Binghamton University.
