Gregory Ong advises financial institutions and asset managers on structured finance and capital markets transactions.
Gregory supports clients in connection with transactions across a range of asset classes, including CLOs and mortgage securitisations. In addition, he advises on the EU regulatory aspects of U.S. securitisations, including risk retention and transparency requirements. He also has experience with insurance-linked securities and asset-based lending facilities.
Prior to joining in 2024, Gregory was an associate in the financing practice of Slaughter and May.
