Eric Zeng is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s Washington, D.C., office.
Eric’s practice is focused on asset-based finance transactions and securitizations. He represents arrangers, senior lenders and asset management firms in lending facilities backed by pools of broadly syndicated loans, middle-market loans, infrastructure loans, bridge loans, and commercial mortgages. Eric also represents commercial banks in CLO warehouse facilities as well as all other stages of US and EU CLO transactions.
Prior to joining Cadwalader’s D.C. office, Eric worked at Cadwalader’s London and Charlotte offices. At Cadwalader’s Charlotte office, Eric focused on commercial mortgage-backed securities and real estate financing, representing investment banks and financial institutions in their roles as issuers, underwriters and loan sellers in both public and private offerings of mortgage-backed securities.
Eric obtained his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in Anthropology, Archaeology and Philosophy from Dickinson College. Eric is admitted to practice in North Carolina and District of Columbia.
