Eric Zeng is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s Washington, D.C., office.
Eric’s practice is focused on securitisations and asset based finance transactions involving a variety of asset classes. He has represented arrangers, collateral managers and senior lenders in connection with a variety of European CLO transactions, retention financing facilities, loan warehouse facilities and revolving and/or term loan facilities.
Prior to joining Cadwalader’s Washington office, Eric worked at Cadwalader’s London and Charlotte offices, focusing on commercial mortgage-backed securities and real estate financing, representing investment banks and financial institutions in their roles as issuers, underwriters and loan sellers in both public and private offerings of mortgage-backed securities.
Eric obtained his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in Anthropology, Archaeology and Philosophy from Dickinson College. Eric is admitted to practice in North Carolina.
