Eric Holland advises lenders and borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities. He supports clients on complex financings across private credit and fund finance markets.
His experience includes senior and subordinated debt financings, acquisition financings and asset-based lending, as well as fund finance structures such as subscription facilities, NAV facilities and hybrid solutions. Eric works with clients on structuring and executing transactions that address commercial objectives across a range of capital structures.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric practiced at an international law firm, advising on cross-border financing transactions.
