Emina focuses on fund finance, advising in connection with a variety of structures, including subscription line, asset-backed and hybrid facilities.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Emina worked within the structured finance group of a Magic Circle law firm.
Emina graduated from the London School of Economics and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Emina is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
