Elizabeth F. Oblachinski is an associate in Cadwalader's Finance Group, with a focus on fund finance. Elizabeth represents banks and financial institutions as administrative agents and syndicate lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities for private equity funds.
Elizabeth received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and her B.A. from Georgetown University. Beyond her client work, Elizabeth is active in the Georgetown University Alumni Admissions program and leads a local chapter of the non-profit organization Blessings in a Backpack.
