Edward Grant is an associate in Cadwalader’s Finance Group based in the firm's London office.
Edward advises lenders, financial institutions and funds across a broad range of fund-level financings, including NAV and hybrid facilities, subscription line facilities and GP-support / management fee facilities. Edward also has considerable experience advising lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border lending transactions, including investment-grade corporate facilities, public and private acquisition financings and green and sustainability-linked loans.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Edward was a senior associate in the global loans practice of a major international law firm in London.
Edward received his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from Victoria University of Wellington and is admitted to practice law in New Zealand.
