Dimitrios Pittas is an associate Cadwalader’s London Fund Finance Group. Dimitrios advises bank and non-bank lenders and has been involved in bother lender side and sponsor side work. His practice focuses on fund finance, advising both lenders and sponsors on a variety of fund products, including subscription facilities, net asset value (NAV) based facilities, hybrid facilities, GP-support and management lines, and co-invest facilities.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Dimitrios was an associate at a global law firm in London with a focus on fund finance for both lenders and sponsors.
Dimitrios earned his LPC, with High Distinction from BPP University, his LL.M. from King's College London and his LL.B. from Newcastle University.
