Dillon is an associate in Cadwalader's Global Litigation Group. He represents and advises clients in a variety of matters, including complex commercial disputes, government investigations and enforcement proceedings, and internal investigations. Dillon received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. While in law school, Dillon interned for New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division Justice Andrew Borrok. Dillon received his undergraduate degree from The University of Southern California.
