David Crampton is an associate in Cadwalader's Finance Group.
David earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was elected as a member of the Order of the Coif and was a Managing Editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. He received his B.S. from Oregon State University.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, David was an executive compensation and benefits attorney in the mergers and acquisitions group of a New York law firm.
