Christopher M. Floyd advises lenders, banks, creditors, and other strategic investors in a variety of in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
His restructuring experience spans a variety of industries and includes engagements in the financial, chemical, energy, shipping, retail, real estate and manufacturing sectors.
Christopher has worked on engagements in numerous high-profile chapter 11 bankruptcy and restructuring situations, including those of the Zohar funds, Nortel Networks, Lyondell, Boomerang Tube, and Fisker Automotive, among others.
He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.Sc. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in finance. Christopher is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
