Charlotte Simpson is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s London office.
Charlotte has acted on a range of debt capital markets and cross border structured finance transactions. Before joining Cadwalader, Charlotte worked at a leading English law firm, which involved secondments to their Singapore and Paris offices and to the structured credit legal team of a major US bank.
Charlotte graduated from the University of Exeter with a B.A. in English Literature before completing her GDL and LPC at BPP University. She is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
