Chad Stackhouse is a Fund Finance partner in Cadwalader’s Washington, D.C., office. He has established a national reputation advising banks, credit providers, and other financial institutions on secured lending transactions, with an emphasis on fund finance and asset based lending.
Chad has significant experience structuring, documenting and negotiating secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated capital call lines of credit and subscription-based credit facilities, secured management fee loans, GP lines of credit, and portfolio company financings supported by fund guarantees.. He also has extensive experience documenting and negotiating asset-based loans, cash flow lending, energy and technology credit facilities, acquisition funding arrangements and equipment financings.
Chad has nearly two decades of experience representing major U.S. financial institutions and international financial institutions involving commercial lending transactions to private technology companies, venture capital and private equity funds, and high net worth individuals.
