Cassandra Best’s practice is concentrated in the area of fund finance. Cassandra represents banks and financial institutions as lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities for private equity funds. Her prior legal experience includes serving as in-house counsel for a global financial institution focusing on mergers and acquisitions and internal reorganizations and restructurings, as well as a corporate associate at a firm in Atlanta.
Cassandra received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.A. from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of Georgia.
