Carter Lockwood is an associate in the Capital Markets Group. Carter represents investment banks and other financial institutions as issuers, underwriters and lenders in CLOs and asset-backed securitization finance facilities backed by pools of middle market loans, broadly syndicated corporate loans and other types of loans.
Carter received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. from College of William & Mary. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and New York.
