Brian represents banks and financial institutions in negotiating subscription-based finance transactions with private equity funds, including revolving and term loan facilities, umbrella facilities, NAV-based facilities, hybrid facilities, subordinated tranche facilities, SMAs and various other types of fund financing transactions. Brian has represented clients in some of the largest facilities in the market.
Brian has been recognized in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in Banking and Finance Law.
Brian received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and his B.A. in History from Boston College.
