Ben Jacobs is an associate in the Finance Group in Cadwalader’s London office.
Ben focuses on fund finance, advising both lenders and borrowers on a variety of fund linked products, including NAV and hybrid facilities, subscription line facilities and GP support lines across a broad range of sectors and asset classes.
Ben received his LLB (Hons) from the University of Sheffield, where he also completed his LPC. Ben is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
