Audrey Curtis is an associate in the Global Litigation Group in Cadwalader’s New York office. She represents clients in a variety of matters, including securities litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, and complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. Audrey also has experience advising clients on corporate governance, white collar defense, and shareholder activism matters.
Audrey earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a Julianna B. Manzi Scholar and an Executive Editor of the New York University Law Review. Prior to law school, she received her M.A. in English from Claremont Graduate University. For her undergraduate education, she attended Dominican University of California, from which she graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in English and a minor in Women and Gender Studies, as well as a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Moral and Political Philosophy and a minor in Psychology. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
