Asa Bell is an associate in the Fund Finance Group. Asa focuses his practice on a broad range of fund finance transactions, including representing banks and financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities for private equity funds. His prior legal experience includes representation of institutional and private credit lenders in connection with CMBS originations, securitizations, loan modifications and refinancings.
Asa earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was Managing Editor of the Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal, his M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati and his B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
