Anush Arvind is an associate in the Capital Markets Group. Anush represents issuers and underwriters in structured finance and securitization transactions, with an emphasis on CLO transactions. He also has experience with representing financial institutions and public companies in connection with a variety of equity and debt offerings.
Anush earned his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where he was managing editor of UCLA Law Review. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
