Anika is an associate in the Fund Finance Group in Cadwalader’s London office.
Anika’s experience in the fund finance market covers a wide range of fund finance products, from subscription line, NAV, hybrid, umbrella and GP line facilities to large syndicated financings in the market. She has advised both financial institutions and funds.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Anika’s experience includes acting as in-house counsel for a global investment bank in their London banking team, focusing on fund finance.
Anika received her LPC from College of Law, Moorgate, her LL.M. from King’s College London, and her LL.B. from Durham University.
