Andrew van Wijk is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader's London office. Andrew advises financial institutions and corporations in connection with structured finance transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate in the Capital Markets team of an international law firm in London where he worked on a variety of securitization transactions.
Andrew trained and qualified in the structured finance team of a leading national firm in South Africa after earning his undergraduate and master’s degrees in law from the University of Cape Town.
He is admitted as an attorney in South Africa (non-practicing roll).
