Alex advises lenders and borrowers on fund finance and leveraged finance transactions, with experience across domestic and cross-border matters in English, French, Luxembourg and New York law. His practice encompasses subscription facilities, net asset value (NAV) based facilities, hybrid facilities, GP-support and management lines, and co-invest facilities.

Before joining the Firm, he worked at Magic Circle firms in New York and Luxembourg.

  • Advising Nido on a €1.2bn English law  facility for the acquisition of Livensa Group.
  • Advising agent and lender on a €1bn English law subscription facility.
