Alexander Leigh is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group.
Alex’s practice focuses on structured finance and capital markets transactions. He has advised originators and financial institutions on asset-backed securitisations and assisted on a broad spectrum of structured finance matters covering auto and consumer loans and warehouse facilities. Alex also has experience in derivatives and hedging products and has assisted both corporate entities and the banks with the hedging aspects on a number of largescale project financings.
Alex received his L.P.C. and G.D.L. from BPP University, and his B.A. from University of Exeter.
He is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
