Financial Services partner Lary Stromfeld comments on new LIBOR legislation that was approved by the New York State Legislature to help ease the LIBOR transition for difficult legacy contracts. Stromfeld, who leads the Cadwalader LIBOR Preparedness Team that developed the legislation on behalf of the Alternative Reference Rates Committee (ARRC), also shares his insights on the transition challenges that still lie ahead for global financial institutions.
