Cadwalader partner Edward Holmes’ arrival at the firm has been featured in a number of legal and business publications.
In the The Lawyer article, “Cadwalader builds up levfin bench with Paul Hastings hire” and the IFLR article, “This week’s people moves: Paul Hastings, Latham & Watkins and more,” Cadwalader managing partner Pat Quinn said: “Ed's broad-based cross-border financing experience, including his significant background in high-yield bonds, will be valuable to our clients and further strengthen our related corporate and restructuring practices in London.” The IFLR article also highlighted: “Holmes advises underwriters, institutional lenders and private credit funds on large-cap and mid-cap cross-border financings.” Holmes said: “The firm is becoming a key player in leveraged finance, private credit, corporate and restructuring work, and I believe my experience will complement a growing London team.
