Jason Halper, chair of Cadwalader's Global Litigation Group, has been recognized as a 2019 National Law Review “Go-To Thought Leader” in Corporate Litigation, citing in particular his writing on Delaware Court of Chancery decisions.
Halper is one of just 75 authors selected by the National Law Review editorial team from a pool of more than 15,000 thought leaders across a wide range of legal practices. The NLR Thought Leaders are noted for "not only demonstrating a depth of legal knowledge but also outlining the steps needed for compliance and/or adaptation."
