Cadwalader’s Holly Chamberlain Recognized as a Top U.S. Commercial Real Estate Lawyer

December 09, 2020

Cadwalader Real Estate partner Holly Chamberlain has been recognized by Connect Media as one of the top 50 commercial real estate attorneys in the U.S. in its inaugural “Lawyers in Real Estate” awards, which represent a list of attorneys across the country who excel “in their practices as well as their contributions to the community.”

In her profile, Charlotte, North Carolina-based Chamberlain was described as a “keen negotiator and an insightful facilitator who can identify the best outcome for all parties involved without sacrificing the true needs of her client” and as a key member of a Charlotte real estate finance team known for its “exceptional service and deep bench.” Chamberlain was acknowledged for her significant commercial real estate experience, with a focus on advising large financial institutions as lenders in mortgage and mezzanine loan originations typically valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars for high-profile commercial real estate properties in major urban centers and other parts of the country.

Connect Media also recognized Chamberlain’s active role in many of Cadwalader’s successful diversity and inclusion initiatives, including as lead partner for the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) in its Charlotte office and as an active sponsor in Cadwalader’s sponsorship program, a program aimed at providing diverse and women attorneys at the firm with the skills to build a long-term, successful career.
