Cadwalader’s David Quirolo Named To The Lawyer Hot 100

January 27, 2015

Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, a leading counselor to global financial institutions and corporations, announced that David Quirolo, a partner in the Capital Markets Group, has been named to The Lawyer magazine’s Hot 100 list for 2014. The publication reviews hundreds of nominations from across the United Kingdom’s legal market in compiling the list, selecting lawyers based on their involvement in the largest corporate transactions, landmark litigation and pro bono efforts.

Quirolo focuses on collateralised loan obligations (CLOs), securitisation and repackaging transactions involving various asset types in the United States and Europe. He recently advised on the Cairn CLO – the first new European CLO since the economic downturn – and has assisted the Loan Markets Association since 2012 on regulatory issues relating to the CLO market, becoming, notes The Lawyer, “a lynchpin of the CLO regulatory landscape.”

“David’s recognition for this honor is well deserved. He is thoroughly committed to his clients and to being the best in his practice. We are very proud of David and delighted that he is on Cadwalader’s London team”  said Greg Petrick, managing partner of the London office.

The Hot 100 list includes private practice solicitors, in-house lawyers and barristers from firms, companies and chambers of all sizes across the UK. A celebratory event will be held at the Royal Exchange in London on 28 January.
