Cadwalader’s Jodi Avergun, chair of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Investigations Group, together with partners Todd Blanche, Joseph Moreno and Anne Tompkins, and associates Robert Duncan and Monica Martin, have contributed three chapters to the recently released fourth edition of The Practitioner's Guide to Global Investigations. Published by Global Investigations Review, the Guide is a comprehensive reference on navigating the challenges of a cross-border investigation.

Cadwalader’s White Collar Defense and Investigations Group represents financial institutions, investment firms, broker-dealers, corporations, boards of directors, audit committees, non-governmental organizations and individuals in criminal, civil and administrative proceedings, trials and appeals, as well as before Congress. The team recently expanded its transatlantic capabilities with the addition of two market-leading London partners, Mark Beardsworth and Kevin Roberts, who provide a specific focus on UK- and EU-based regulatory and criminal investigations and defense, as well as cross-border compliance matters.
