Cadwalader’s Summer Associate program is ranked 13th nationally in Vault’s Annual Associate Survey for 2019, a significant step up from the firm’s No. 50 ranking a year ago. The Vault ratings are based on scores from nearly 20,000 law firm associates surveyed earlier this year.
“We’re excited that our summers had a great experience,” said partner and head of recruitment Anne Tompkins. “Our outstanding summer class was sharp, enthusiastic and genuinely committed to contributing to and learning about the firm. I also applaud our recruiting team, which has been integral to the growing strength of our program.”
The Vault survey asked junior associates who participated in their current firm’s summer associate program to rate their experience in two areas: how well the summer program prepared the associate for life at the firm, and how much fun the summer associate program was.
