Cadwalader Represents Lenders on 1290 Avenue of the Americas Refinancing

Cadwalader is representing the lenders in their $950 million refinancing of the 1290 Avenue of the Americas skyscraper in Manhattan. The firm also advised on the securitization of the CMBS loan.

Advising on the origination of the CMBS loan was a team led by Real Estate Finance head Bonnie Neuman and including associates Matthew McManus, Naomi Burris and Alessandra LaRocca. Capital Markets partner David Burkholder and associates Knepley and Candelario Saldana advised on the securitization of the CMBS loan.
