Reflecting nearly a half century of legal excellence in structured finance transactions, Cadwalader has once again ranked as the top law firm advising the securitization markets, including ABS, CLOs, CMBS, RMBS, GSE MBS and GSE multifamily MBS, in 2023.
According to 2023 league table data*, the firm advised issuers and underwriters on the largest number of transactions – 111 deals as issuer’s counsel, valued at approximately $66.5 billion; and 182 deals as underwriters’ counsel, valued at approximately $91.7 billion.
