The Deal’s latest Q4 2025 Bankruptcy and Out-of-Court League Tables recognize Cadwalader among the top-performing law firms.

In the Q4 2025 rankings, Cadwalader placed #2 globally among firms serving as counsel to creditors in out-of-court restructurings and #7 for counsel to distressed companies. The firm was also ranked #6 in The Deal’s Bankruptcy tables — advancing a total of 14 positions across two categories compared to the Q3 2025 rankings. This growth underscores the firm’s renewed commitment to leading restructurings for secured creditors.
