Mascia, who co-chairs Cadwalader's Finance Group, also is a contributing editor of Fund Finance 2019.
Foster and Hutchinson are co-authors of the chapter on “The Rise of Private Equity Secondaries Financings,” which discusses the significant growth in the number of secondaries transactions supported by debt finance, and the complexity and variations in the facilities.
