Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP (Cadwalader) announced the launch of Knowledge Driven Systems (KDS) that enable financial service practitioners to perform legal, compliance and transactional tasks through an interactive online solution. KDS will be available through the Cadwalader Cabinet, a web-based financial regulatory knowledge and intelligence platform that provides news, research tools, topical guides, legal treatises and compliance manuals.
