Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP today announced that partner Samantha Hutchinson has joined the firm’s Global Finance Team in London, expanding the firm’s transatlantic fund finance offering.
Hutchinson joins Cadwalader from Dentons, where she was a partner and head of the firm’s global fund finance practice, advising financial institutions and private markets managers across the UK, Europe, the U.S. and Canada.
Hutchinson is one of London’s preeminent fund finance partners, having represented banks and private markets managers in many of the largest and most sophisticated fund finance transactions ever consummated in Europe. She is highly regarded not only in subscription finance but also across private executive/GP financings, secondary acquisition and re-cap financings, primary re-caps and liquidity lines, and hybrid and umbrella financings.
