Cadwalader represented the lender in a $319 million mortgage loan in connection with the acquisition, by a client of Invesco Real Estate, of a fully leased leasehold office condominium unit in 1745 Broadway, a 50-story office tower in the Columbus Circle neighborhood of New York City, from a partnership between SL Green Realty Corp and Ivanhoé Cambridge, a Canadian real estate investment fund.
The Cadwalader team was led by Finance partner Holly Marcille Chamberlain and included special counsel Christopher Dickson.
