Cadwalader is representing The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC), a manager and developer of commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate, in connection with an underwritten public secondary offering of 2,500,000 shares by Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. and Pershing Square, L.P. for aggregate proceeds of approximately $320 million. JPMorgan, BofA Merrill Lynch and Jefferies are acting as underwriters for the offering.
