Cadwalader Advises Hudson Executive Capital on $2.3 Billion Acquisition, with Apollo Global Management, of Cardtronics

Cadwalader is advising Hudson Executive Capital (“HEC”) on its acquisition, along with funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, of Cardtronics plc, a leading non-bank ATM deployer, in a transaction valued at $2.3 billion.

New York City-based Hudson Executive Capital has been a longtime client of Cadwalader since HEC’s inception.

The Cadwalader team is led by Corporate co-head Richard Brand and includes Corporate partners Braden McCurrach and Joanna Valentine and associates Matthew Dolloff and Monica Lindsay; Tax partners Jason Schwartz and Adam Blakemore; and Executive Compensation and Benefits partner David Teigman and associate Nicholas LaSpina.
