Michelle Ko is an associate in Cadwalader's Securitization Group, with an emphasis on collateralized loan obligations. She represents investment banks and financial institutions in their roles as issuers, underwriters and placement agents.
She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent scholar and served as Notes Editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. She received an A.B., magna cum laude, from Brown University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
