Jeff Aldrich is a senior associate in Cadwalader's Charlotte office. His practice focuses on fund finance, with emphasis on negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities made to multijurisdictional fund vehicles, including private equity, real estate, REIT, infrastructure and debt funds.  Jeff represents financial institutions (including domestic and foreign banks) as lenders and lead agents on bilateral and syndicated credit facilities with complex fund collateral structures, including subscription-secured credit facilities and equity commitment-secured facilities.

Jeff received his undergraduate degree from Yale University, and his J.D. from the College of William & Mary. He is admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina.
